Warning: If you live in the State of Oklahoma and you've been going through a custody battle that involves false allegations of abuse of a child - BEWARE!
Members of Kelsey's Purpose have teamed up with State Representative, Richard Morisette, the media, and a group from New York and are trying to come up with a class action lawsuit against DHS. If your child's documents are sealed, your accuser may use ANY MEANS to try to gain access to those files, including provoking a lawsuit. If you sue the accuser, in order to defend themselves, they will be handed the child's case file, even if it's sealed. In turn, it could be their ticket into the DHS lawsuit.
Everything they do comes back to money, and now they're going in the backdoor to sue.
Protect yourself and your child by providing information to your attorney about these motives!
Members of KP are on newspaper and other message boards recruiting people for the lawsuit and they will use any means possible to get what they want.
We've had reports of stalking, harassing, slandering, etc.; all to provoke lawsuits. Beware!
