Judge Presiding over custody battle - Judge Craig Key - Author of the book that tells Kelsey's true story.
Sheila Kirk - Attorney that referred to Kathie Briggs as "white trash" during the custody battle and declined representing Kelsey because she didn't want to "deal with the Briggs." Replaced Judge Craig Key as Associate District Judge in Lincoln County after using Kelsey and Kathie during her campaign for the bench.

Sheila Kirk - Judge Key appointed her to be Kelsey's attorney and she refused. She called Kathie Briggs "White trash" and later teamed up with Kathie to use Kelsey's death to replace Judge Key on the bench.

DHS:
David Burgess - Supervisor who was threatened personally by Lance. Lance called him from the mental facility in Georgia where he was at the time of Kelsey's death and told him he would break into his home and murder his wife and children and do the same to Judge Key and his wife and children.
Yolanda Hunter - DHS worker - Kelsey wanted to call Yolanda every night before she went to sleep.
CASA:
Carla Lynch - Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteer who has joined Kelsey's Purpose. In emails Shirica states they just use Carla for information and she's "not the smartest hen in the house."
